Since you have already received your federal tax return and you have already e-filed your state you would first need to wait and see if your state return is accepted or rejected. If rejected you can go back to the state return and make the correction and then re-submit.

If your state return is accepted you should wait until your tax returns have been processed and you have received your state refund and/or paid the taxes due then Amend your tax return.
