Should i amend my California State Income Taxes because i incorrectly provided information related to the months i had health insurance in 2023?

After reviewing my 1095C months of May, June and July of which i don't have coverage but reported that i had coverage. How can i amend my tax CA state tax return for 2023?

Yes, you should file an amended California return.  According to Amend a Return, "If you discover an error on a previously filed return, you should file an amended return and pay any additional tax or fee due, including interest."
