Return was filed more than 48 hours ago. Still haven’t seen acceptance from irs. Anyone else experiencing this?

Did you get an initial email that the return was transmitted?   And do you now have a status of "Pending?"  You can check at the Tax Home.  Be sure it at least shows up there and says "Pending."   24-48 hours is just the usual scenario.  But It happens sometimes, but there's nothing to do right now.   Plus the IRS computers are probably overworked these last couple of days.

Submitted and pending but not accepted yet by IRS. … never really experienced this delay before. IRS doesn’t show anything.
