Hi,
I filed on 10/17 and my return was accepted, I received an email from Turbo Tax on 10/17 that federal had accepted my return and 10/18 that state had accepted by return. I am not getting a refund, we owe, and I applied for a short term payment plan that same night, which was also accepted. I went to go pay our balance on the IRS website before the deadline of our payment plan and their site says they have not received my return. I tried calling the IRS and turbotax to rectify the issue and have had no luck reaching an actual person through either platform. Has anyone experienced anything similar? What do I need to do from here? Please help!

My refund shows as accepted in the efile details...I am not getting a refund so I'm not sure the get refund status on the IRS website will work.
