Return shows as accepted, almost 3 weeks now, but IRS page hasnt given anticipated Deposit date yet. Why?

My Fed was accepted 1/25. State accepted 1/29. I understand that Fed wasnt being accepted by IRS until 1/29.  When checking the IRS Wheres My Refund site, it shows it as accepted and has the canned message saying 21 days yada yada yada.. In years past, after 3-4 days of showing it was accepted, it would then update to give me a date that I can expect it to be deposited.  It hasnt updated to that yet, well over 2 weeks later.  Why? I havent received anything in the mail or email stating there was an error on my forms that were filled out..

So you are not claiming the Earned Income Credit or the Earned Income Child Tax Credit? Also, since the IRS didn't  open season until 1/29, they are asking that we all wait 21 days.  So I don't think anything is wrong necessarily. There are just a lot of changes that took place for this tax season and regardless of when you filed, they wouldn't even be processing or begin processing until 01/29
The IRS has stated (see FAQ in answer) above :
Most taxpayers won’t be impacted by the PATH Act :
The IRS expects that the majority of tax refunds (more than 9 out of 10)
will be issued in 21 days or less from the time of acceptance. Also please see:

Some people who file early may notice some changes, though, due to the newly passed Protect Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, which might affect when you get your tax refund. Please see the below FAQ information for more:

That does not pertain to me as I did not file for those credits. Any other information you can provide?
