I used TurboTax Full Service and was connected to multiple experts, but our return was filed incorrectly—despite clearly stating we had a dependent, they just did not add them. We were charged more than $500 for that service (not the quoted $260), and it looks like we may have been asked to overpay the IRS due to your team’s error.
I was told an amendment would be filed, but it has been over a week and I’ve received no update. This is unacceptable. I would like someone from customer service to contact me regarding this matter and issue a refund for the service.
Please escalate this immediately.
