I have used TurboTax to electronically file my taxes for over two decades. This morning both the federal and state filings were rejected because of "an incorrect AGI." The AGI is correct, but TurboTax asks for "Elvira's 2020 AGI". She is my wife and we filed joint returns, but I am the first listed or primary taxpayer, so I assume the rejection comes from the confusion of my SSN being listed on all the documents instead of my wife. How do I get this corrected. Never, in previous years, has the program asked for Elvira's AGI.

If you filed a joint 2020 return then the AGI is the same amount for each of you---it is on line 11 of your 2020 tax return. You literally need to type it in twice--once for each of you.
I understand that the AGI is Line 11 on the 1040-SR form and that it is applicable to both of us. However, in the TurboTax program on the "To Continue, Select from the Options Below" page, there is only ONE space to enter the AGI for 2020. When you suggest that it needs to be entered twice, where does that occur?
