my tax returns were rejected 3 times and i never got an email telling me what to do next. its been over a month and i paid extra for state return which i dont know how to get back I will never use this program again!!!

@ldc19 Did you go ahead and print, sign and mail the state return that you could not e-file? If the e-file was rejected you need to file it by mailing it in. If you are getting a refund there is no penalty for missing the filing deadline. Attach copies of W-2's or 1099's that show tax withheld to a mailed return.
