My federal say accepted
state says accepted
I had a refund date for 2/11 I have signed up for the 5 days in advance my bank does a 2 day prior deposit on deposited (I know it may not)
my question is with all that information above why does my delivery date on the tracking bar now not have a date but says refund delivery no date nothing am I missing something on my return? Possibly did something wrong? Getting earlier than expected? I’ve tried looking my situation up and I can’t find anything like this

No, I don't think anything is wrong.
The bar in TurboTax is only an estimate.
The IRS processes things at their own pace, and we have no control of it.

If you wish to contact the IRS, you can call toll-free at 800-829-1040 or contact a Taxpayer Assistance Center Local IRS Office.
That "5 day early" offer might be creating some unrealistic hopes.
TurboTax has NO control over the amount of time it can take the IRS to process your tax return. The date shown to you on the TT site is an estimate based on a 21 day average processing time, which is NOT a promise from TT or from the IRS.
Has the IRS accepted your e-file?
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Has the IRS processed your tax return and provided an issue date for the refund on the IRS refund site?
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
Are you subject to the PATH act which means if you are getting earned income credit or additional child tax credit they are required to hold your refund until February 15?
If you are subject to PATH, you should not expect your refund until late February at best.
So mine situation is similar. Everything went through ok IRS accepted it approved and sent to my bank on Feb 7th. It states if I don't receive the refund by Feb 12th contact the tax preparer and bank if I don't receive it. opt for 5 day advance!! I haven't received it and its Feb 18th! I called the IRS on 13th to see what was going on and they didn't tell me much just to wait until 21 days would hit and call back. I called back today 18th and IRS told me my refund was sent back to IRS and on hold???? IRS wouldn't tell me the reason but that a CPO letter was sent out by March 3 explaining the reason? So what happened and why didn't turbo tax pick the issue up and why was my refund approved in the first place??? Now they are telling me that I won't receive my refund until after March 3 depending on the discrepancy and June 9th!! I paid 156.00 in TurboTax fees 42.8 in Pay with refund and 25.75 for 5 day advance!
@jason_07 TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return. TurboTax only tells you that your e-file was "accepted." TT never uses the word "approved" for your refund. Approval only comes from the IRS.
Note: “Accepted” is not the same as “approved”. TurboTax tells you the e-file was accepted if the IRS deems that there is enough information on the return for them to take it in for processing. Only the IRS can approve of the refund, which is a later stage of processing. If the IRS approves your refund they will provide a date for the refund to be issued.
TT would not know anything about any changes the IRS made to your refund or why they are sending you a letter. This is between you and the IRS. It is possible ---but no one at TT knows--- that you made some sort of mistake and the IRS is taking a closer look at your return. Only the IRS can tell you. TT cannot find out.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 3 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.

Remember that the “”5 day early” date is based on the date given to you on the IRS refund site—-not the date the TT site shows in your account. If your refund does not come in five days ahead of the IRS date, they are supposed to cancel the $25 fee.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
