It has been 2 months since I sent my completed taxes in the mail. I have not received my taxes back state or federal. Who do I contact about this issue? And is it normal for it to take this long?

Did you receive the confirmation email stating your returns were accepted?

If not, you can log back into your Turbo Tax account to see if you successfully filed. 

If you did file, check with your state and the IRS. 

If the IRS website says processing, this means they are working on it.
