Refund has not been deposited as promised

Promised by whom? Did you get a date from the IRS or from TurboTax?

IRS sent it to my account on March 7th. I spoke with the federal department this morning and they told me turbo tax has yet to send to my account. They provided me with the routing and account number linked to Green Dot Bank in Utah my refund is sitting in unsent to me.

How did you choose to get your refund? Direct deposit to your bank? Or prepaid debit card?

Direct deposit. It was sent March 7th and it is now March 14th.

I need this matter resolved. I’ve made several attempts to call turbo tax and it’s impossible to get passed the automated messages

It’s affiliated somehow cause I did my taxes on turbo tax. How could this have happened?

I don’t even live in Utah nor do I have green dot!?
