The link I was sent to finish setting up my refund advance is not loading. It will go to the page and will sit there forever still loading. I cannot finish the advance setup till this is fixed. What should I do?

@5959 Were you having your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund?  If so it takes some extra time for it to go through the third party bank, 

And...

The IRS tells you to allow 1-5 days for the refund to post to your account.  Have you done that?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
