Received my intuit turbo card, I tried to activate, it told me to send pic of id, and now it's saying I'm locked out card is canceled and I can't receive another.

Have you tried reaching out to our Prepaid Card customer service to try to obtain a new card?  Their number is: (888) 285-4169
