Received a letter about my state being held due to an error

I received a letter stating that some of the information on my taxes don't add up and I believe I know what it is. I briefly worked for a company that DID NOT pay me or send out any tax paperwork forms,ect . How do I fix this ?

If you received a letter from the IRS, you will have to follow those instructions provided in the letter.

Yes that's obviously the first thing to do ,and it's obviously what I did but this doesn't allow you to type as much and I wasn't sure show to word what I needed but I'm having no luck signing into my irs account to check the status of my state and stimulus check. I can't get in at all.
