Received a CP2000 from the irs for 2015 tax year. Do I amend my 2015 taxes to reflect the changes? We were missing a 1099-R that was reported by Company and not us. HELP

Go to this IRS website for a CP2000 notice - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/understanding-your-cp2000-notice

If you agree with the IRS then the instructions will tell you how to proceed.  There is no need to file an amended tax return if you are in agreement with the IRS.
