Received a 1099G for an additional $52 we received on a 2015 amended return. How much of the refund is taxable in 2017? $52 or the combined total of $1283 we received?

Only the refund amount listed on your 1099-G in 2017 (the $52 from filing an amended return) will need to be reported on your 2017 return as income. (not the combined total of all your 2015 refunded amounts).
