received a 1099 int form for 20.02 after I already filed my 2021 federal taxes

I highly doubt $20 will make any difference on the return and the IRS will never send a notice on such a small amount either.

Has your tax return been accepted yet?   If your tax return gets rejected, you can add the 1099-INT and then submit it again.   But if it has already been accepted, you can amend it later.  

The amending instructions link is below.   However, keep in mind that current year amendments will not be able to be processed until Form 1040X is available.  Currently, it is tentatively scheduled to be released on 02/24/22.
