Received 1099-R form after e-filing. Form does not change refund. Should I file amendment?

I received a 1099-R in the mail after e-filing taxes.Turbo Tax indicates no change to refund when adding this form. Should I complete amendment even though no change?

I'm assuming the 1099-R reports a direct retirement plan rollover or some similar non-taxable transaction.  If adding the information on the form does not affect your tax liability or refund, there's no need to file the amendment.
