With my state return, turbo tax is not taking into account my exemption. It is calculating my taxes wrong

I should get exemptions of $2275 and turbo tax is not showing it on my return

Just to clarify, is TurboTax saving your exemptions when you enter them?

I have entered all the correct info, however it is not giving me the correct exemption. Looking at the IL Dept of Rev it appears that they have not fully updated their instructions to Turbo Tax.

Which then leads me to another question of why TT would allow any IL state tax returns to be completed and filed if Illinois has not finalized their instructions & exemptions yet.
