Did you complete the Electric Vehicle tax credit section?

To enter an EV Tax Credit -

Click on Federal Taxes
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Under Cars and Other Things You Own
On Energy-Efficient Vehicles, click the start or update button

Did you place the vehicle into service in 2022?  Was the vehicle eligible for the credit in 2022?

Was your 2022 AGI $150,000 or less if filing as Single or Married Filing Separately or $300,000 or less if filing as Married Filing Jointly?

Note - All 2022 Tesla and GM electric vehicles placed in service during 2022 are not eligible for the EV tax credit on a 2022 tax return.
