Where is my refund?

Same here I filed February 2. Called them last month they said that they would send out a memo that could take 30 days. Because they didn’t know what was going on.

Where is my refund?

I have the same issue filed my taxes on February 28, got a letter from IRS saying that they were checking my information “making sure” that it match to what they have on their system and I have to wait 60 days from the day on the letter. So I called again after the 60day period and that was April 12 and they said they put a referral so the agent working on my taxes knew that the time was up and that it would take them another 60days. But the customer service person check and told me that everything looks good on my taxes and she have no odea why are they holding my taxes. Wth?!

If you are getting continued delays at the IRS and can't get good info from them, you could contact the IRS Taxpayer Advocate for your area.

At the following IRS website, find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your IRS Taxpayer Advocate.

See the following FAQ and video:

FAQ:  How do I find last year's AGI?

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/00/25947

If you used Online TurboTax last year, log in, and at the Tax Home scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents."   Expand that section and choose tax year 2018.  Then look for a link "Download/print the PDF" or "View adjusted gross income (AGI.)"

If you're not able to find the 2018 online return in that same account you're using for 2019, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.

The IRS says 9 out of 10 filers who efile and choose direct deposit will get their Federal refunds within 21 days after being accepted. Some returns are processed fairly quickly, while others require additional processing due to specific items in the return. Some are pulled at random for more thorough investigation.

Did you efile, or did you choose to print and mail the return?  If you filed a paper return by mail, even in "normal times" it can take about 6 weeks to get a Federal refund.  But with the Coronavirus emergency, however, paper returns are currently not being processed for the time being.

If you efiled, you should double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home.

If that showed it was accepted, you can use the "Where's My Refund" tool at the IRS website below to monitor the status of your Federal refund.
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.
The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.
