Where did my refund go?

IRS says that my refund has been deposited into my bank account but I have no bank account. I requested a prepaid visa from Turbo tax and I have not received it in the mail. How do I get a hold of a REAL person to help me from Turbo Tax

For the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, you will need to contact Turbo Prepaid Visa Card customer service at (888) 285-4169 or 888-288-1514 for assistance so that they can cancel it and get you another card sent out. 

Or you can go here https://www.turboprepaidcard.com/contact-us and click on Report a lost, stolen or damaged card and follow the steps they provide. They will cancel that card and transfer the remaining balance to a new card.

Are you saying the IRS says they deposited your refund but you don't have it yet? If you paid your fees using your refund, your refund went to Santa Barbara bank for processing out our fees and paying you.

If you are saying that you are just not getting a refund and don't know why, contact the Treasury Offset Program at 800-304-3107.

If it is something else, let us know the issue.
