When will i receive my funds if it was accepted on Feb. 19th?

No one here would know that answer. It is up to the IRS & State when they issue refunds once your return has been accepted.

There are delays with returns that include the ECI/ACTC credit, the IRS states that deposit dates should start showing sometime this week.
