The irs wants turbo tax to sign my return. How do I get that.

Not sure what the IRS sent you but TurboTax is a self-prepared software, TurboTax does not or can not sign your tax return.  You have to sign your tax return return.

Did you mail in the return and the IRS sent it back because you failed to sign it ? If so get a pen, sign and return the form as directed.
