Have done my taxes thru turbo for the past three years and this years refund I got a deposit from TAX PRODUCTS PE4SBTPG LLC... Anyways I am confused as to what this Is. I have done some research online but it does not make sense why I am short a couple thousand on my refund. I only had to pay $195 in fees to turbo tax and I chose to get it taken out of my refund. Something isn't adding up.

The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts.  You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.  

The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.

That is only for your federal refund.  Could it be for state?  Federal and state refunds come separately from different places at different times.
