Qualifying for CARES Act "Stimulus" Payment Based on 2018 Income

We earned more money in 2019 than 2018.  I would have been able to qualify for a CARES payment based on 2018 income.  Unfortunately we filed our 2019 taxes on Feb 23, 2020.  Does anyone know a way to get them to look at your 2018 taxes instead of 2019?

I suspect there's not, and this is just an unfortunate accident for people who files early and whose income increased.
