Ok I still haven't received my card yet so I took a chance and called Customer Service again. To my surprise I got a person instead of a robot. They were very helpful and stated they would cancel the card that's out there somewhere and send me another one. I should get it 7-10 business days so we'll see, I'll keep everyone posted.

There are long wait times for support due to the current situation. You can try contacting support at (866) 795-7597 don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.
