I had my 2021 Federal Refund applied to 2022.

I see no record of the payment in EFTPS.gov

Where is proof the payment was made?

You should be able to locate this information at the following site.

https://www.irs.gov/payments

The EFTPS site only displays payments that are made through EFTPS.
