Need my refund deposited to a different card

If you have already filed the 2018 tax return and it has been accepted, the method of receiving any tax refund cannot be changed.

If the card was some other type of debit card, then you should have reported the card lost so the account can be cancelled.  When the IRS attempts to deposit the tax refund it would be rejected since the account is closed.  The IRS then would send the tax refund as a check in the mail to the address on the tax return.
