my taxes

I filled my taxes threw turbo tax 5weeks ago and some how your system put in correct information. I called in and was told to give it some time and.i may have to ammend it. Then tonight I get an email telling me my taxes won't be coming and that you are taking money out of my bank account to pay for filling incorrect information. I will not allow you to take my money after such a big **bleep** up on your end. In fact you should be paying me for all the days I am worried about how to pay for kids food. I will be in contact with an attorney about this.

This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support--but I can tell you how to phone the TurboTax Support department that handles that auto-debit process.   My answer will also tell you how to ask for a deferment of the fees if you move quickly.

If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if your Federal refund has been delayed unusually long at the IRS (or if it's been reduced), TurboTax will want to be paid.  They likely started sending you emailed bills to pay.  If you don't respond by either paying or asking for a deferment, they will ultimately debit your bank account.  So you need to ask for the deferment quickly.  They open at 5AM Pacific (8AM Eastern.)

See the FAQ below that explains the process.  The first paragraph of the FAQ has a special phone number if you have a question or have a hardship and need to ask for a deferment.

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern),  Mon-Fri.

You should call them as soon as possible, if that's the case.  Once they actually start the debit process, they say they can't stop it.

FAQ:  Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/why-was-my-bank-account-auto-debited-for-tur...

The first paragraph there says:

If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.

If for some reason you can't reach Support with that phone number in the FAQ, there may be one in your emailed bill.  Otherwise, here's an alternate way to reach them, but try the one mentioned above or in your email first.

my taxes

I already filled my taxes with H&R Block on February 6. 2021 for my 2020 taxes. IRS received it on February 12. So you all can cancel any forms I did with you all. I didn't understand filling online so I went to H&R block. I guess I'll file with you'll next year.

Thanks  a lot

So you started an Online TurboTax return but never finished and filed it?

If you started an online return with TurboTax and want to clear it, here's how to do it, as long as you have not already paid or registered.  You use the "Clear and Start Over", but once cleared, then just don't start over.  See this FAQ and video:
