I have not received my federal tx return

Do you mean your Refund? Did you efile or mail your return? They are not processing mailed returns right now.

Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

Yes I apologize. My refund. My federal refund got accepted on March 27th as did the state refund. We received our state refund however we have yet to receive our federal refund. We did efile and did direct deposit. 
it has been past the 21 days that we were suppose to receive our refund. We checked status on IRS and it says its still being processed. but it says to call if its been past 21 days but they arent providing live help at this time. 
This is also causing us to not get our stimulus check.
