Sorry no. If the bank rejects the deposit they will send it back to the IRS. The IRA will then mail a check to the address on your return. Be prepared for a long wait.
The IRS does not allow you to change banking information after you file your tax return. If your bank is a brick and mortar bank that you can go into and talk to someone in, talk to them and see if they will put the direct deposit into your new account with them. They might not be able to but it's worth a try. Otherwise, it goes back to the IRS and then the IRS issues and mails a check to the address on your tax return.
@df1231 the IRS doesn't permit changes to the banking information to protect against fraud...
