I’m filling 2020’s taxes right now and noticed that TT says I only received a fraction of what I actually received for my returns last year. It’s showing I only received 200ish for state when I got 720 and only 400ish when I got 1280 for federal. Is this just a glitch or something else. This years refund appears to be pretty low compared to what I received last year even though I made a little more.

May I ask where are you seeing this information? Also, are you logged into the correct account?
I’m seeing this years return at the top of the screen where it shows you your estimate. I saw last years on my 2019 records.
You will see your Federal and State at the top of your screen.
I know that. What I need to know is why is that number so low compared to what I got in 2019 and why is the website saying I got less back in 2019 than I did.
There can be changes to tax laws from year to year that would affect your return.
