Mistake wit Tangible personal property return

Hi! I printed my Forms and noticed I checked "yes" on Box 7, but I did not file a TPP return last year. I was not sure and this form may not apply to my case, since I don't know if a TTP is needed when you just have an apartment for rent in Florida. Thanks!

You should check the county property appraiser's web site (link below) for the county in which the rental is located for further information IF you have tangible personal property that is used in connection with your rental.

Note that for rental units in Florida, tangible personal property varies by county but typically includes furniture, fixtures, appliances, and similar property.
