Lip has been more than 21 days since the IRS accepted my return and my stimulus payment says no information available I have no income so I am relying on these payments

There have been delays at the IRS due to staff shortages with the virus and the focus on launching the stimulus payments. The IRS actually quit processing returns for awhile. They are reportedly processing them again so hopefully yours will get processed soon.

All you can do is track the status of your refund at the IRS tracking web site:
