Is the $2,128.00 amount at the top of my page the amount I will get refunded for unemployment taxes I already paid and will be paid back because of stimulus bill?

Without seeing your tax return, it's hard to tell what that amount is. 

Have you filed your tax return yet? If you have, you do not need to amend your federal return.  The IRS will re-calculate your taxes and send you the refund.  However, if the reduced AGI qualifies you for other credits or deductions, you would need to amend to claim them.   For details from the IRS, click here: No amendment
