If turbo tax says I have been paid, and my bank account does not reflect the tax return and my bank account info is all correct, what do I need to do?

TurboTax has no knowledge of when or even if you have received a tax refund.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. 

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

Are you getting a refund and the Turbo Tax fees are supposed to be taken out of your refund.  When your file your tax return successfully and you choose to pay your fees from your Federal refund, the TurboTax program considers the fee paid, even though the federal refund has not been released yet. This is why you see "Payment Completed".

Turbo Tax gives everyone an estimated date of 21 days.   It is not a guarantee.   Only the IRS or state can tell you when you will get a refund.
