If am a New Mexico State resident and I have to amend my state taxes because if the America Rescue Plan what date to put for line S1? Anyone know?

Line S-1 is for the date and amount of any other payments made prior to the amendment.  If you made a payment when you filed your return, list the date that you filed the return.  If you didn't make a payment, but just can't get past this field without a date, the date you filed is still a good default value to use here.
