I started the filing process and noticed the tax year says the taxes I'm filing for is 2019 but I need to file for 2018 how can I edit the year after I already input information

You can not file your 2018 return using the Turbo Tax Online program. You will need to purchase the downloadable program and file by mail, as the e-file for 2018 has closed. 

Please follow the instructions here to file your 2018 return.
