I received a letter from IRS, they want schedule 1 and 2 and supporting documents. What all should I fax to them?

Is there no number listed somewhere on the letter?

Schedule 1 and 2 will say :

"amount from Form XYZ"

or "Attach Form XYZ"

If your Schedule 1 and 2 has a non-zero amount on such lines, Form XYZ is a supporting form.

To be safe, resend all the form and schedules that came after Schedule 1 and 2.
