Xmasbaby, I already knew it was accepted. And I already knew how and did track it. I just want to know why I was urged and told by Turbo that they recommend I file for TN state refund, and charge me extra for that because they filed it saying I would get a refund. Well I didn't get my full quarenteed refund. And I never will. I called them and asked about it. They said TN didn't do state refunds. And when I asked why Turbo recommended and charged me to file them,...The exact words I was told were "Yeah, Turbo does that a lot". And that was it. Told me to have a nice day and offered her apology. So my question was why did Turbo recommend that I file TN State refund knowing I wouldn't get it. I actually said no to filing a state refund, because I have lived in TN a very long time and never filed or never heard of anyone filing them in TN. But turbo kept urging me and being tax experts I figured they knew something I didn't. Plus they were guaranteeing a full refund for a small filing fee. Anyway, I didn't get a refund from TN or Turbo. And I never will. But hey, I appreciate you telling me how to find out if it was accepted and track it.
@strummerjones Contact TurboTax customer support about this and see if they can remove the fee that you were charged for a TN return since TN has no state income tax and there was no TN return to file.
