I need to include Form 8865 in my tax return. Can I e-file without it and submit Form 8865 in paper form separately?

Yes, form 8865 is not supported by TurboTax and you can e-file your tax return without that form.

You can then fill out form 8865 manually and then send it to the IRS by mail.
