I need to amend my 2020 tax returns, is the 1040X form available yet?

What did not answer your question?  This is your first and only post on this user community forum.

If the return is rejected you can make the necessary changes and e-file again.
If the return is accepted you will have to amend your original tax return. An amended return, Form 1040X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 16 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return.

Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.

Yes, according to the forms availability table it is still set for 3/25/2021.

Forms table shows 3/18.

Still probably to late after President approves COVID Tax relief.  I should still get retro IRA contribution credit and full stimulus pay out, even if I file after the President signs the bill later this week.
