I need a new card. The system keeps asking me to put in the old card numbers. I do not have the old card!!!

I need a new car this is don’t keep telling me to type in my 16 digit card number every time I type it in it keeps saying this card number is not available in this account so what should I do to get another card sent to my address please and thank you
