I'm looking for my 2018 amended tax return where do I find it?

If it was prepared in Online TurboTax, is the 1040X not in the PDF that you download from the Tax Home page in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents?"

If it's not part of that PDF, we can tell you how to open the return back up to download/print from the Print Center.

I did prepare my 1040 X online turbo tax but I do not find it in the PDF download file at The tax return document. I will appreciate if you could tell me how to open the return backup so I can down the 1040 X file. Have a good day.

Use Print Center to access the completed Form 1040X -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
