I just filed my taxes 5 minutes ago but want to cancel it and ask for the advance first?

Once it's been sent, you cannot return to make changes unless your return got rejected.  It's like putting the mail in the mailbox.  

If your return got rejected for whatever reasons, you can return to the program to make correction along with other changes.  

If your return has been accepted, you won't be able to change to refund-advance option.

Someone else posted that TT stopped issuing refund advances in mid-February.
