I haven’t received my state taxes yet why is that and I filled in February

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

If you successfully efiled the return then check the state site for a progress report ... many states are taking much longer than normal to process returns.
