I have a claim #20635 due to a letter from IRS stating that my federal tax amount was entered incorrectly.  It didn’t match my w-2 forms inputted by the turbo tax for 2018.  I need to upload the letter so that someone from turbo tax can see what they did wrong.  But I scanned the IRS letter but I can’t figure out how to get to turbo tax.

We need aa better explanation from you, because some of what you are saying does not make sense.  There is not a "federal state tax."  What are you referring to?  The IRS deals with federal income tax; your state deals with your state tax.  They are completely separate.

What are you trying to do with the letter?  What do you mean you are trying to upload it?  To what?

TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state.

AUDIT SUPPORT

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support.   At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support".  Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter.  Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
