I had forgotten about a hsa account that I had and I got a tax document from my credit union today that I did not have when I did my taxes is there a way to edit my taxs?

If you had contributions or withdrawals you would not have to amend. Otherwise wait until your return has been processed and any tax liability settled before amending.

If the document reports distibutions from your health savings account and you used all of the proceeds for qualifying medical expenses it will not affect your tax return so you don't need to enter it. To be sure, you can go through the amend return option once available in TurboTax and enter the form to see if your tax changes. If not, then you don't need to report it.
