If you were not offered the refund advance, it is because you were not eligible for some reason. Sorry. You cannot change that after you have already e-filed.

Once you have e-filed your tax return the refund advance is no longer available.

If it didn't give you the advance option then it's too late to apply for it. Not everyone qualifies. You can't self select it. It has to be offered to you. See the eligibility
